we heart you

so, i was on getty images searching for heart photos for my sis's wedding program, and i found so many cute ones that i figured i'd share a few with you guys.. :) thanks to all of you who read our blog, we do heart you! 

sometimes you feel like a nut

most of our favorite things are inspired by nature and animals. (little forest creatures in particular). we found this adorable squirrel watch necklace from a line called vivi dot. we both agree that it is a great alternative to the traditional wristwatch, especially because there are quite a few people who do not care much for wrist accessories, and that squirrel eating that acorn is too cute!

good news!

we had a polaroid camera as a kid and loved it. we're not sure what happened to it but was so excited to find one for $6 at a flea market a few months ago, even though we knew the film  was being discontinued. since we've been stashing film away and saving it for special occasions. but we just saw on my polaroid blog that there is good news and polaroid film has been saved! let the photo taking commence. 

sock it to me

knee-high socks have been one of our latest obsessions...well, one of MANY. we found these fantastically fun bike socks from our new friend the sock wizard. they have every type of sock from ankle to over-the-knee, in every pattern, color, or theme you could imagine. we think that these will make your piggies very happy. 

going bananas

banana splits are back and better than ever with this set of banana split dishes we found from plum party. we love the image of artistic icon andy warhol's "banana" gracing the bottom of the bowl.
